Oncocytic Cystic Lesions of False and True Vocal Cords: An Uncommon Occurrence

Introduction: Oncocytic cysts of the larynx are benign, uncommon, and slow-growing lesions that usually occur in elderly people, especially those with a history smoking chronic irritation. These cause various clinical symptoms depending on their location size, requiring physicians to consider wide range symptoms. Case Presentation: Here we present two men who were referred us because prolonged voice hoarseness. Conclusions: Medical assessments led diagnosis oncocytic false true vocal cords. Both patients followed up after removing laryngeal have had no complaints since then.
